Green Monster Smoothie


Recipe:

1 cup of homemande veggie juice
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
1 tbs wheat grass
1 t. Spirulina
1 tbs flax seeds or chia seeds (whatever I have at hand)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
2 tbs of old fashion oats (or left over crockpot steal cut oats)
1 scoop of hemp protein powder
1 t. of cinnamon
1 tbs of raw agave nectar
