Coconut Mango Yogurt Parfait

What I used (serves 2:)

1 cup of full fat plain Greek yogurt
4 tbs. of diced fresh mango
2 tbs. of unsweetened coconut flakes
1 med size banana sliced
2 tbs of sunflower seeds
1 tbs. of raw coconut nectar
1 t. of cinnamon
1 t. of vanilla extract
4 tbs. of Kashi Go Lean cereal

Mix yogurt with coconut nectar, vanilla, 1 tbs. of coconut flakes, and cinnamon.  Layer all the ingredients above in a glass or cup.  Enjoy!
