Better for you, Ranch Dressing


What I used:

1/2 cup of sour cream (full fat, I don't use any of the fat free crap ;op)
1/2 of a lemon
1 t. of lemon zest
1 t. of black pepper
1 t. of dry dill
1 t. of garlic powder
1 t. of dry oregano
1 t. of dry parsley
1 small shallot
salt to taste

Blend all the ingredients together.  Refrigerate for an hour.  Pour over salad. Will last 3-5 days in the fridge.
